the newest and strongest stable in World Championship Wrestling. This
story doesn't end here. Billy Gunn was stripped of his Hardcore
Championship, right after being handed the United States Championship.
Then, three wrestlers made it clear that they want a shot at the United
States Championship, after Billy Gunn made it clear that he'd take all
comers. Finally, the end of Thunder marked Billy Gunn obtaining the tag
team titles with Bret Hart, in controversial fashion. More on this on
